It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our sweet Caroline Tobi Cole of Knoxville, TN. She gained her angel wings on December 22, 2022. Caroline was born in Denver, Colorado, on March 26, 1998.
Caroline is survived by her father, Jeffrey N. Cole; her mother, Anna Caroline Poulos; her bonus dad, Dr. John E. Poulos (Dr. P); her twin sister, MacKenzie Cole; her brother, Jay N. Cole and bonus b;rother, Emanuel Poulos. She is survived by her grandmother, Paulene Cole, Andrea and Johann Krisjonsson ; Drs Shannon and Craig Cole, Graham Cole, Mitchell Cole and Holly and Scott Cole; Isabella Newton Smith.
She will be greatly missed by all. Caroline graduated as salutatorian from the Fayetteville Academy in 2016. Caroline was a bright young woman who graduated with several honors from Meredith College in 2020. She earned a BA in psychology and was a member of Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, the Psi-Chi Honor Society, the Lambda Pi Eta Society, and the Kappa Nu Sigma Society. Following her career at Meredith, she completed a master's degree at the University of Tennessee and was completing her third year in the school psychology PHD program.
Caroline's career focus was working with elementary age children. She was a strong Christian, loyal friend, dedicated daughter, and thoughtful sister. Caroline enjoyed socializing with friends and family, traveling, listening to live music, and spending time with her beloved Yorkie, Rocco. In a short time, Caroline made a profound impact on clients, friends, and family. May her memory be eternal.
A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in honor of the Caroline Cole Memorial at Meredith College.
