Doris Ann Reid, 87, passed away on February 19, 2023.
Doris is preceded in death by her parents, Estelle Ives and Ocie Haywood; husband, Robert N. Reid; daughter, Donna Ann Pittman; and her seven siblings. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Robert “Robbie” Reid, II. of Autryville, NC; grandson, Robert Jason Pittman of Winston-Salem, NC; and several nieces and nephews.
Doris was an avid gardener and loved to work outdoors. She will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, February 27, 2023, at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home in Fayetteville, NC, with the Rev. Tom Counts officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. prior to the service.
